Interim CEO assignment for Saferoad Traffic Norge AS - 7 months
Saferoad Traffic AS is part of the Saferoad Group, a company with annual revenues of NOK 8 billion and owned by the private equity firm FSN Capital. The company required an interim Managing Director while the newly appointed MD was on leave at the time of hire. The organization operates with a strong reporting-driven management model.
During my tenure as Interim Managing Director for Saferoad Traffic Norway, we secured new leadership and key personnel to strengthen both business units: Product Sales (Signs & Equipment sales) and Work Zone Protection (services and rental of crews and equipment for road operations). We transformed a challenging starting point into renewed momentum and organizational traction, while also executing a larger downsizing process.
I maintained continuous weekly dialogue with the SVP for the Traffic Division and the broader Nordic divisional leadership, as well as monthly interactions with the Group CEO, CFO and CHRO. Both the organization and executive leadership have expressed high satisfaction with the contributions and results delivered.
