- Background from management consulting (Arkwright) and PE-owned businesses– focusing on valuation, M&A and strategic recommendations, industry and market analysis as well as value drivers, working closely with investors.
- Proven track record as an executive with scale up and scale down, transformation and growth, integration as well as disruptive business models and innovation driven environments, e.g. drone industry and digitalization, tech- and project driven businesses.
- Solid experience from various industries: Consultancies and media services, IT-systems and IT security, Technology and Telecom (5G; IOT, Data Management), Energy, Infrastructure, Services and Roads.
- Master of Business and Economics – major in finance and macroeconomics. Academically strong within strategy, change management, finance, analysis and M&A.
- Solid network within several industries at C-level and among decision makers.
- Strong execution ability – enjoys building performance driven cultures, to set direction as a team and achieving goals together.
